Job Title: Senior Cost Analyst

SUMMARY
Our vision for this position is to gain a thorough understanding of our Cost Accounting and Production
System (CADIOS) and find ways to proactively use it to manage production costs. This position will also
be the primary Accounting liaison with the Toyo corporate office in Japan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
Understand the material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
Work with Japan to better use CADIOS to manage our production costs.
Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
Help departments analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
Actively participates in budget planning process by developing annual budget for labor and other costs as
assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university; or ten years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Cost Accounting and Cost Management
experience is required. CPA certification highly preferred. Experience with SAP S4 HANA would be a
significant advantage.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak Japanese fluently. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of
the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, customers, plant
personnel, regulatory agencies, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test
reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an
extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract
and concrete variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
CPA highly preferred
