Bilingual IT Consultant/ Sales Engineer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM


[Qualification]
・Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Legally eligible to work in the United States
・Proficient in both English and Japanese (with the ability to use both languages to effectively communicate with clients in a business setting)

[Job Description]
This role is primarily focused on sales activities such as telemarketing and customer visits, with the goal
of providing IT solutions to customers facing challenges. Responsibilities also include project
management and the preparation of proposals and plans.

Responsibilities include:
・Generating leads and closing sales with existing and new customers (telemarketing, cold calling)
・Phone support for IT issues
・Creating and managing sales and marketing documents (proposals, quotations, sales orders, etc.)
・Overseeing potential and ongoing projects
・Providing transparency and accountability on daily reports and weekly goals via email
・Participating in a range of meetings (sales meetings, general gatherings, etc.)
